Instructions to Fill the Online Application Form
1. Candidates are required to apply online through ICSSR's website at https://app.icssr.org/.
2. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
3. Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and mobile number.
4. Candidates are advised not to share / mention e-mail id/ log in credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
5. Both, e-mail id and mobile number should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment.
6. All the eligible candidates will be informed by post/e-mail regarding date of interview/interaction, etc.
7. Complete details should be filled carefully in online application form.
Steps to fill online application form:
- (a) Scanned copy of the signature and a recent photograph to be uploaded at the appropriate place as per instructions contained in the online application form.
- (b) Scanned copies of educational qualification, date of birth, category, ACR/APAR, etc., to be uploaded at the appropriate place in the online application form.
- (c) Login id and password would be generated on successful registration.
- (d) Note down the login id and password for future reference.
- (e) Take a printout of the online application, affix a recent passport size photograph and preserve it for record and should not send the same to ICSSR address or any other address.
8. The application's printout with photograph affixed will have to be submitted during document verification at the time of interview/interaction/documents verification in the ICSSR.
9. Completed applications can be submitted online up to 10.03.2026.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Number of posts are tentative. ICSSR reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and may or may not fill any post(s).
2. The prescribed qualifications are the minimum and mere possession and fulfilment of the essential and desirable qualifications for a post does not entitle the candidate to be called for interview/interaction.
3. Separate applications shall be submitted for each post along with self-attested photocopies of educational qualifications and other requisite documents as per advertisement.
4. Applications received without ACR/APAR, vigilance clearance, self-attested copies of educational qualifications, etc., or otherwise found incomplete will not be processed for determining the eligibility of the candidate for the selection, meaning thereby that incomplete application will not be entertained and rejected forthwith.
5. Original certificates should be produced only at the time of interview/ interaction.
6. The candidates short-listed for interview/ interaction will be informed by post/e-mail. The ICSSR will not be responsible for any postal delay.
7. The decision of the ICSSR in respect of selections shall be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
8. Canvassing in any type from any source will disqualify the candidature of the applicant.
9. The terms and conditions of deputation will be regulated in accordance with OMs/Orders issued by the Department of Personnel & Training as amended from time to time and also as per the ICSSR recruitment rules.
10. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application. The closing date of receipt of online applications shall be 10.03.2026.
11. ICSSR reserves the right to interpret all rules including wherever it is not specifically mentioned and may cancel the candidature without assigning any reason(s).
