Applications for Recognition of Social Science Research Institutions

Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) plans to grant recognition to select social science research institutions which are not currently in receipt of maintenance grant from the ICSSR. These recognised institutions will be eligible to receive grant for specified research activities/programmes and will also be considered for non-maintenance research funding as decided by the ICSSR from time to time.

Details of the scheme of recognition, eligibility and application format can be found in the website: www.icssr.org. Eligible institutions may send their applications in the prescribed format latest by March 1, 2013 to the Member-Secretary, Indian Council of Social Science Research, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi- 110067.
