Due to pandemic the last date for submission of tender has been extended to May 31, 2021.

 

Information required from agencies willing to submit their response against Expression of Interest of ICSSR:

  • Name, Address, Contact number, e-mail i.d., website etc. of the firm.

  • Background, establishment, turnover of last 3 Years, Income Tax Certificate of 3 Years, employees strength etc.

  • Setup of the firm, details of managerial, supervisory and other staff.  Also the number of muster roll staff available for performing the services.

  • Registration with Govt. authorities and its details.

  • Information about:

    •      Labour Licence

    •      P.F. & E.S.I.

    •      PSARA (where applicable)

    •      Trade Licence number

    •      GST Registration number

    •      PAN/Aadhar Card

    •      Registration with SSI (MSME)

  • Undertaking that no penalty imposed by any Govt., Semi Govt./Autonomous body/PSU during last 10 years.

  • Copy of certificate of satisfactory completion of work from all contracts of last 5 Years.

  • Information of being black listed/debarred by any Organization in last 10 years.

  • Information about pending Police/Court Cases etc.
