The Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), India, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), Russia & Embassy of India, Moscow, Russia is organizing Scientific Webinar on ‘’Preservation of Cultural Heritage’’ scheduled on 31 March & 1 April 2021 at 12.30 PM. The Webinar is going to focus on Russian-Indian Cooperation in the fields of History and Philology. These interactions not only create networks but also align collaborative research interests and are also proposed to be attended by interested audiences, including researchers from both sides.
The proposed thematic areas could relate to aspects of interdisciplinary domains of Heritage Science and focus on enhancing the understanding and sustainable use of heritage science. The presentations will also analyse/quote the works related to preservation of museums, galleries, libraries, archives and development of tools and knowledge to continuously interpret the heritage, for current and long-term benefits through archaeometry and other applications.
