Application for Constitution of a Panel of Translators for English-Hindi Language

The ICSSR invites applications for constitution of a panel of translators for English-Hindi Language. The detailed particulars are as follows:-
Educational Qualifications:-
- Should have passed Post-Graduation Degree in Hindi or English from a recognised University alongwith English or Hindi at Degree level as compulsory or optional subject.
Or
Hindi and English as core subjects at Degree level (As compulsory and optional subjects in any form)
- A recognized Diploma or Certificate in Translation (English-Hindi and Hindi-English) or at least three years ‘experience of translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English in any Central or State Govt. Office including a Govt. of India Corporation / Body etc.
- The candidate should have studies Hindi and English subjects at Degree (B.A.) level in all three years, but not just as a paper.
Prescribed rates by the Council:-
- 1 Re per word for Translation
- 25 Paise per word for Typing
- 50 Paise per word for Reviewing
- 10 Paise per word for Proof Reading
The Candidates are requested to submit their application alongwith enclosures self-attested with two photos by Hand / Speed Post / Courier on or before (date) upto to (timing) addressed to THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, INDIAN COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SCIECNE RESEARCH, ARUNA ASAF ALI MARG, NEW DELHI-110067 OR at the email to ashish@icssr.org giving details of (1) Name, (2) Address, (3) Educational Qualification, (4) E-mail address, (5) Phone Nos., (6) PAN No., (7) Aadhar Card, (8) Respective Work Experience undertaking the authenticity of the information furnished and duly signed. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
The decision of the council in this regards shall be final and binding.
