The Council invites item rate Tenders in two BID system (Technical and Financial) in separate envelopes for the under mentioned works from Specialized Firms/Agencies/Contractors of Repute.

A – Willing Firms/Agencies/Contractors should submit, cost of Tender, PAN Registration Certificate, attested
copy of satisfactory completion of works with the application for Tender papers.
B – Should have completed satisfactorily three similar works each costing 40% of the estimated cost put to
tender or equivalent during the last three financial years.
C – Application for Tenders should be submitted to the Admn. Officer ICSSR within 10 days of the date of
this insertion.
D – Tender documents duly filled in (Both Technical & Financial Bids) shall be received up to 3.00 p.m. within
15 days of the date insertion in this office and Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m.
E – Financial Bids of only those Tenders, whom Technical Bids are found acceptable, shall be opened in this
office on notified time and date in the presence of qualified Firms/Contractors or their representatives.
F – The Council reserve the right to verify the particulars furnished by the Firms/Contractors independently.
G – The Council reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason there of on the intent
of work.
